At Atulyakala, we take immense pride in creating each piece of art, specially made to order for you. As a result, we do not offer refunds. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we are pleased to offer the following options for returns:

1. Exchange within 10 Days:
We are happy to provide an exchange option within 10 days of purchase, provided the product tag and order details remain intact. The item should be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

2. Store Credit Option:
If you decide not to keep the product for exchange, we can offer store credit that will be valid for the next 1 year from the date of issue. You can use this credit for future purchases on our website.

We have a 15-day return/exchange policy, which means it will take us 15 days after receiving the request to settle the return/exchange process.

Refunds for failed or technical banking payments are processed in 7 working days. It's advisable to contact your  bank directly.
